Randy's Legacy
The Randy L. Holt Memorial Award of Excellence honors the memory of Lieutenant Randy Lee Holt, a respected member of the Ripley County Sheriff's Office who devoted more than 30 years to public service.
Known for his integrity, loyalty, honesty, compassion, and unwavering dedication, Lieutenant Holt mentored and trained hundreds of officers throughout his distinguished career.
Presented annually at the Biggin Bash in Friendship, Indiana, the award recognizes an individual whose actions reflect Randy's commitment to serving others and strengthening the community.
Through this award, Randy's legacy of courage, character, service, and community spirit will continue to inspire others for generations to come.
