A Real Institution

26 Years of Giving Back

What started as a small gathering has grown into one of the region's longest-running festivals, run every year by Brian “Biggin” Noble. In 2025, festival attendees helped present a $10,000 check to the Vietnam Veterans of America, Lary D. Fogle Chapter 71. That same year the festival introduced its first Randy L. Holt Memorial Award of Excellence, honoring service to the community.
